Inter Association
Week 3 of the inter association saw Newport & District move top with a narrow 3 shot (16-6) win over West Mon. Easte Valley move into 2nd following their 17-5 win over South Mon.

WBA Carruthers Shield
Yesterday proved to be an excellent day in Round 2 of the Carruthers Shield for our 4 remaining sides, all taking full advantage of their home draws. In the closest games, Blaenavon won by 3 against Llandrindod Wells and Rhymney Gwent defeated Lampeter by 6 shots. Crosskeys won by 33 against Fedale and RTB by 30 over Ely Valley.
It is brilliant to see that Monmouthshire now has half of the remaining teams left in the competition.

MBA Division 1
Chepstow ended Cwmbrans 100% record with a single shot win. Despite the result, Cwmbran retu to the top after being dislodged by Crosskeys 14-0 win over Pontymister Athletic in the week. Pontymister Athletic rise to 3rd following their 10-4 win at RTB. Bedwas recorded their first league win with maximum points over Blackwood.

MBA Division 2
Newbridge remain top after picking up 12 points at Machen. Caldicot rise to 2nd place following their 12 points at Pontnewydd. Rhymney Royal took maximum points following a big win at Pontypool Park Girlings.

MBA Division 3
St Julian's stay top after a big 14-0 win at home to Beaufort. Blaina rise to 2nd following 2 narrow wins in 2 days (10-4 against New Tredegar on Friday evening and 10-4 against Llanhilleth on Saturday).

MBA Division 4
Ynysddu continue their 100% record with a narrow 3 shot (12-2) win at Aberca. Bedwellty park remain 2nd after an 11-3 win over 3rd place Oakdale. Panteg House rise 4 places with maximum points at home to Firbank and are level on points with Panteg Park following their 12-2 win over Six Bells.

MBA Division 5
Another win for Pontymister Welfare (12-2 at Pontyfelin) sees them continue to lead the way. Whiteheads (10-4 over Gilwe) and Belle Vue (10-4 against Newport Athletic)lead the chasing pack following their wins. Caerleon move up 2 places following their 14-0 win at Gadiffaith.

GBL Division 1
Pontymister Athletic move level on points at the top after an 8-4 win over Bedwas. Chepstow move up 2 places following their 10-2 win at Pontymister Welfare. Monmouth remain bottom despite a maximum 12 points win at Newbridge.

GBL Division 2
Crosskeys 10-2 win at Bedwellty Park keeps them top. Blackwood maintain their push and 2nd place with a 10-2 win over Beechwood. Abergavenny move up 1 place following their 10-2 win over Blaina.

GBL Division 3
St Julian's remain top despite their first loss at the hands of Croesyceiliog who are now only 2 points behind them. Bailey Park ( 10-0 against Pontypool Park Girlings ), Cwmbran (10-0 at Beaufort ) and Whiteheads (8-2 against Aberca ) all won their games to move up in the league standings.
