There was one fixture outstanding from round two and this was Blaina v Bedwas with Bedwas coming out on top by 20 shots.

In round three, St Julians won by 10 at New Tredegar, Abertillery won by 16 at Caldicot, Brynmawr won by 5 at Blackwood, Cwmbran beat Pontymister Athletic by 7, Chepstow had a big win at home to Newport Athletic and Beaufort likewise home to Six Bells. Crosskeys beat Pontymister Welfare by 32 and the one outstanding fixture will see Ynysddu take on Bedwas.

M.B.A. Division 1
R.T.B. Ebbw Vale maintain the lead after picking up 12 at Bedwas although Machen closed the gap by picking up 13 against Crosskeys. Pontymister Athletic move up to second thanks to playing twice this week picking up 12 against Blackwood on Thursday and another 12 at Abertillery yesterday. Chepstow leaped up the table after picking up 12 at Beaufort.

M.B.A. Division 2
Rhymney Gwent are new leaders after getting 12 at Bedwellty and previous leaders Croesyceiliog slipping up at home to Abergavenny 12-2. Brynmawr remain third after picking up 13 against Caldicot while Newbridge had 12 against Cwmbran.

M.B.A. Division 3
Llanhilleth move up to second with 11 against Six Bells, Caerleon stay bottom despite getting 13 at New Tredegar. Blaenavon had 12 against Pontypool and St Julians took 10 at Rhymney Royal.

M.B.A. Division 4
Panteg House go top after getting 10 against Oakdale while Pontymister Welfare were held 7-7 by Abercarn. Ebbw Vale had a much needed win at Whiteheads, 10-4, to move out of the relegation zone.

M.B.A. Division 5
Ynysddu continue their impressive form with another 12 at Standard. Panteg Park continue
to chase them with 10 at Gilwern. Monmouth move up to fourth after picking up 10 at Newport Athletic.

G.B.L. Division 1
Croesyceiliog stay top with 10 at Caldicot and are now being chased by Newbridge who had 10 at RTB and Bedwas who had 10 at Abercarn. Chepstow had 11 against Monmouth and Blackwood took 8 from Pontymister Athletic.

G.B.L. Division 2
Pontymister Welfare extend their lead after getting 12 at Pontypool while second place Blaina lost 12-0 at Belle Vue. In a local derby Bailey Park took 10 at Abergavenny.
