The Monmouthshire Bowling Association is saddened to announce the passing of 2006 President Russell Bull this evening. 

Russell also held the position of League Secretary in 2009, was West Mon Chairman in 1995 and a Life member and stalwart member of RTB Ebbw Vale, having held numerous positions within the club.

A tough competitor who always had RTB, West Mon and the Monmouthshire B.A. best interests at heart.
